The operation is called a Tummy tuck and is for people who have a lot of loose skin on the tummy. The skin and underlying fatty tissue is removed surgically. This is a serious operation which will leave scars and carries all the risks of surgery and anaesthesia. Recovery takes weeks and is painful.
